These terms apply to the Moving Radar promotional and early-access website operated by SDH Digital Solutions, LLC. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Relaunch status

Moving Radar is currently being relaunched. Website descriptions, previews, availability, features, geographic coverage, and launch timing may change as the new service is developed. Joining an early-access list does not guarantee access, employment, work opportunities, staffing availability, or a particular launch date.

No employment or staffing guarantee

The website does not create an employment relationship, staffing agreement, agency relationship, partnership, or guarantee of work between Moving Radar and a visitor. Final marketplace terms governing companies, moving professionals, payments, independent contractor relationships, job performance, and other product activity will be provided before the relaunched service is used for those activities.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading information, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a manner that harms availability, or infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Moving Radar names, branding, website design, product materials, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to SDH Digital Solutions, LLC. These terms do not grant a license to reproduce or commercially use them except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Third-party services

The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, analytics, communications, map, form, or other services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

The website and relaunch information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that all information will remain unchanged.
